Jose Farinos Art Exhibition
A native of Spain, Jose graduated from the University of Miami with degrees in Architecture and Urban Design. As an architect and design professor, he encouraged his students to be innovative, adventurous, and insightful.
As an artist, his preferred medium is oil on canvas, and he enjoys working with whimsical, allegorical, and abstract figurative imagery.
"I believe that creating art or being able to appreciate it, in any of its many forms, is one of the most rewarding experiences that a person can have. No matter how detailed or abstract my paintings are, I hope that the viewer will feel some emotion beyond the surface of my images."
