Concert Rules & FAQs

Tickets for our events are sold exclusively at Etix.com or at our Box Office. Ticket scalpers and brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of the MIDFLORIDA Event Center, and the validity of these tickets is not guaranteed. Purchasing tickets from any source other than Etix.com or the venue Box Office is done at the buyer's risk. The MIDFLORIDA Event Center is not responsible for any tickets purchased or sold by a third-party vendor.

General Rules

ENTRY: All ages welcome! Children over two years of age require a ticket. Modified or tampered tickets are null and void. Reentry is not permitted.

PERFORMANCE TIMES: Gates are scheduled to open at 5:30 p.m. on the day of each performance. Concerts are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Performance acts and times are subject to change.

ALCOHOL: You must be 21+ to drink alcohol. Guests must show valid government-issued ID.

FOOD & BEVERAGE: No outside food or beverages permitted. Concessions will be sold within the event gates.

SEATING: Guests who purchased tickets in the reserved section will be assigned a seat. Guests who purchased general admission tickets are encouraged to bring their own low-back, folding beach or camping chair. No poolside lounges, lazy boys, banquet/folding metal chairs, or inflatable furniture are allowed on concert grounds.

SMOKING: Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

WEATHER: These events are held outdoors, rain or shine. If there are concerns about inclement weather, guests are encouraged to bring jackets and/or ponchos. Umbrellas are not permitted.

PHOTOGRAPHY: Recording, taping, or photographing shows with a professional camera is strictly prohibited as it violates the artists' copyright/taping policies.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS: Camping/overnight stays are not permitted. Check out the hotels in the area or visit www.visitstlucie.com for information on overnight accommodations.

Permitted Items

Guests are permitted to bring any of the following items:

  • Baby strollers
  • Binoculars
  • Blankets
  • Ear plugs
  • Folding umbrellas without ferrules
  • Hats
  • Low-back, folding beach/camping chairs
  • Mobile phones
  • Ponchos
  • Small bags or purses (smaller than 20" x 15" x 9")
  • Small camera with no detachable zoom lens or flash

Venue/Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Prohibited Items

Guests are NOT permitted to bring any of the items listed below:

  • Weapons, firearms, pepper spray, pocket knives or mace
  • Poolside lounges, lazy boys, banquet/folding metal chairs or inflatable furniture
  • Aerosol containers, including sunscreen and personal beauty products
  • Air horns and/or megaphones
  • Animals (service animals allowed)
  • Any container of liquid, including Bota bags or CamelBaks
  • Backpacks or other large bags/purses
  • Bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, or 'hoverboards'
  • Cameras with interchangeable/detachable lenses, selfie sticks, or professional audio recording equipment
  • Camping tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
  • Chinese lanterns
  • Coolers of any kind (except those advanced for medical use)
  • Drones or any other remote flying device
  • Fake IDs
  • Fireworks, sparklers, firecrackers, and/or incendiary or explosive devices of any kind
  • Flags and/or flagpoles, totems, or signs
  • Focused light devices (including laser pointers)
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Hammocks
  • Illegal or illicit substances of any kind
  • Kites
  • Marker pens or spray paint
  • Musical instruments
  • Outside food or beverages of any kind
  • Scooters or personalized motorized vehicles (unless in accordance with ADA regulations)
  • Sleeping bags
  • Sporting equipment (frisbees, footballs, wiffle balls, basketballs, soccer balls, etc.)
  • Stickers
  • Stuffed animals
  • Tailgating, grilling, or BBQing equipment
  • Golf of fashion umbrellas with ferrules
  • Unauthorized vending or solicitation materials (handbills, flyers, beach balls, samples, etc.)
  • Walkie-talkies
  • Water guns, water balloons, and/or any kind of water projectile

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these indoor or outdoor events?
Concerts are held outdoors on the Village Square stage. The events are rain or shine. If there are concerns about inclement weather, guests are encouraged to bring jackets and/or ponchos. Umbrellas are not permitted.

What is the re-entry policy?
Re-entry is not permitted and is strictly enforced. Before entering the event gates, we ask all guests to double-check that all items that may be needed throughout the evening are on their person.

Where can I park? Is it free?
The Event Center has free public parking areas and a free parking garage. Plan to arrive early. Gates open at 5:30 p.m.

Will I be searched upon entry?
Concert security may search persons and/or bags before entry. Please review the permitted and prohibited items listed above to determine which items are appropriate to bring with you.

Is there an ATM on the premises?
Yes, an ATM is located inside the Event Center lobby. Cash and credit cards are accepted at the event.

Is there seating at the event? Are chairs allowed?
Guests who purchased tickets in the reserved section will be assigned a seat.

No seating is provided in general admission. Guests who purchased general admission tickets are encouraged to bring their own low-back, folding beach/camping chair or blankets to use in the chair zone. Sorry, but poolside lounges, lazy boys, banquet/folding metal chairs or inflatable furniture are not allowed on concert grounds.
